YO HERE’S A MONTHLY (SOMETIMES MORE SOMETIMES LESS) UPDATE ON MY PROGRESS IF YOU GIVE A HECK!
I weigh 164, which is less than I’ve weighed in over a decade (I think I weighed 170 when I was 13). I used to really like my back, I liked how clear my skin was and how defined the spine was. I mean forreal, I think backs are really sexy.
As I gradually gained weight over the last 11 years, my back got covered up in rolls, hiding my shape— I have an hour glass figure that has been under my weight for yeeears. And no matter the bra I wore, even when I was sized by professionals, they looked like they were digging into my skin.
So these pictures are some of my favorite side-by-sides I’ve done. My back looks freakin’ great and that’s a NSV for me.

& despite what people say about losing weight not solving any of their problems, I have to say that this all has taught me a lot. I’m a completely different person than I was in January (when I started); I’m much more confident, determined, happy, and healthy.
